CC was super easy to work with. We installed the system behind/ above our couch and we love to interact as our fur baby chills out or scrambles up the side. We made a slight modification since we didn’t have the entire height of our wall to work with. It was very easy to redesign to our specifications.

The item shipped and arrived very quickly. The directions are very clear and the items in the package are wrapped and marked to help with the process as well. I appreciate that the proper drill bit pieces are included, and with a stud finder this project ended up being not overly complicated even for a less handy person. Very study when properly installed and a lovely and fun addition to our home.

My 2 cats are absolutely loving this cat tree! I also love the modern look. It's something I'm super proud to show off in my living room. The versatility of the system is a great selling point. There are limitless options to what you can do with the configurations. We installed ours mirrored from the instructions to accommodate a shorter wall in our space. Installation was quite laborious but pretty simple once we got the hang of drilling holes into studs. The cat bridge is sooo cute! I was originally concerned about whether our cats would make use of this bridge. Sure enough, our typically bold tabby, Sasha, approached with extreme caution. But after a few days of coaxing with treats, the bridge (and the hammock at the other end) have become favorite spots of hers. Our cats have been anxious about having their own space when we're all together in the living room, so this is a huge quality of life improvement for us all.
I'm impressed with the quality of the bridge components, and after fussing around with a few of the other products we ordered, it was intuitive to assemble. I was worried that I'd have to modify our window trim since we planned on spanning the window with the bridge, but the bridge planks were perfectly offset to fit in front of our trim.
Even though we got the largest bridge possible and it's mounted across a window, it still doesn't feel like it takes up too much space or closes off the room. We're all delighted with this bridge!

I could not be happier with the small garden I got. The unit arrived with a broken piece, and there was a mix up getting a replacement, but they fixed the mistake quickly. The instructions were clear and I put it up myself in just a couple hours. It looks so much nicer than the old carpeted tree I had, and I’ve already gotten lots of compliments.

Watch the videos first, they help so much! I wish we would have watched the videos first because it would have saved us some trials and errors on our walls. Once we did Old putting up the mounts became easier. But I will say with having an older house and not knowing how many layers of plaster/ dry wall we had that we had to get 3” screws to hit our studs. Everything is holding up very well though.
We have 14 cats and all of the parts are holding to the companies standards. Our kittens run all over them. They love having the pole by the door to see people eye to eye and try to play with us. Our older heavier cats are relearning how to climb and like having areas by the window to lounge and to watch bird. I recommend these for anyone with multiple cats that need space to roam and climb.
