Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any parts with visible damage may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to send the items back using the carrier of your choice. We can also provide a prepaid return label that we will deduct from the final refund.

Multiple use for all pieces

I love watching my cats enjoy these climbing assemblies. I spread the parts out to different locations and also ordered a few stand-alone pieces. It took my cats a bit to get used to the bridges, but they have no problem with them now. I will be ordering a few more pieces soon.

Best thing I've bought for my cat. I had it set-up before bringing home my 3mo old kitten. Cat never scratched the couch. Still his favorite place to sleep, 7 months later, still likes to run up and down it or climb the pole. He uses it daily, which I can't say for anything else I got for him. And it's pretty to look at. I added 3 sisal posts and mounted it higher on the wall.

Great set!

Our three cats love this mod system. They were fast learners, we just put them up there and they took to it immediately! They love climbing their sisal pole and chasing each other around. Of course, they also love eating the grass in the planters and at least one of them takes their afternoon nap in the hammock every day. They can easily get away from the dogs, and elevate themselves whenever they are stressed, and I credit this wall at least in part for the end of the inappropriate urination issue one of our cats was having. I have also had people visit our house and think it was an art installation, which just goes to show how beautiful it is! It was a learning experience to put it up, but once we got the hang of it, it was not too difficult. We took a few weekends to put the whole thing up, but we did it little by little and decided on the design as we went along. We didn't use every piece in the set and added a sisal post--it is easy to customize to fit your needs! I definitely recommend it!
