Our cats love this wall tower already and it supports them both at the same time as well as them playing on it.

I had a few questions about the instructions and customer service got back to me quickly and even sent a video!

I already plan to buy more things to put on the walls for our cats, just need to find the wall space and which rooms to add them too.

As soon as the cubby was installed it was being explored. And it makes for the best pictures!

Our cat absolutely loves being able to roam around above our heads. We had a huge empty wall in our living room that runs up to the vaulted ceiling that we never knew what to do with. When we found these products, it only made sense to let our cat enjoy the heights like he's always wanted. We got the Juggernaut and a cat bed to allow us the freedom to do something custom, and we still haven't used all the pieces!! It took a little while for him to get comfortable with his new domain, but now spends plenty of time napping 10-15 feet off the ground! The products are very high quality and after getting the hang of putting the planks up, became super easy to really expand up and across the wall. A good stud finder definitely helps! Definitely recommend these products to anyone, especially if you can take advantage of their regular discounts and sales.

I couldn’t assemble this fast enough while my cat was on each shelf helping me construct her activity wall. She feels safe and secure because it is so well built, sturdy, and high quality. We are both totally smitten with this purchase 👍🐾

Updated Review: Catastrophic Creations reached out to diagnose the problem. I learned that the fabrics are delivered unstretched, and they offered to ship a replacement stretched canvas for me. I manually stretched the fabric out over the period of several days and got it to work without the replacement! My cat is very happy with the tree and it is very high quality, and so I've updated my review to reflect this. Just be aware that the fabric may be quite unstretched and maybe don't tighten the screws all the way until you've verified that the fabric will fit while assembling the tree.

Original Review: After doing a ton of research on higher quality cat trees that would last longer than a year or two and be accessible for a senior cat who is not a fan of jumping on wobbly surfaces, I was so excited to find and buy this one for my cat. However, the product I received was defective. It was frustrating to put it all together only to find out that one of the fabric hammocks included was an inch too short. It renders the whole bottom half of the tree unusable, since none of the velcro lines up, no matter how hard you pull on the fabric. I wouldn't have spent over $350 on such a tree if I knew that this would be the product I'd receive.

The pictures attached are of Fabric A on the bottom -- this picture was taken with one person pulling as hard as they can on the fabric, and the other person holding the tree still. As you can see, it is nowhere close to lining up. I double checked the video instructions multiple times to make sure I assembled it all correctly, and it just doesn't work. I'd love a fabric replacement for this, since I still think my cat would love it, but it's definitely disappointing to have to disassemble and reassemble the whole tree just because of this.

I received my climbing wall yesterday and installed it. The quality was excellent and installation was simple. The one difficulty that I had was trying to separate the backing from the wall protectors. The tab would just rip off. I have my fingernails short so I couldn’t get them loose that way. Tried a utility knife blade and it still didn’t work.

I also had no idea how powerful that catnip was in the bonus bag that you sent me. I left it in another room on a table while I installed the climbing wall. When I went back in there, the cats had it ripped open and scattered it all over the carpet. I ended up having to vacuum it all up so they only got to enjoy it for a few minutes.

They are already climbing on the wall, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Our kittens are enjoying their deluxe wall fort. Very happy with the design and styling.

I’d recommend getting some better screws for mounting, we had issues with ours getting stripped and breaking. Also, the instructions could be improved upon, more measurements would be helpful!

The fort was a pretty easy install. I wish I had the instructions to build it facing on the other side. I had some problems in regards to the type of studs we have. Some of the nails went in easily but others were really difficult. Set up works great for my 16 week old kitten however it’s a little cramped for my year and a half Maine Coon. I wish the fort was a little deeper with more distance between the levels. I think I’m going to move the one floating piece probably a little higher and to the left.

We got the 18” shelf with nest for our two 9 year old active climbers. They love it! We opted not to get the plush bed because they are happy lounging without it. I love the nest addition & I’m so happy they made it. We have an 18” shelf & there were several times my cats got so into their lounging that the rolled right off & id have to catch them (it was above my office desk). My cats are bigger boys (11 & 13 pounds,) and very long. They are not as graceful as cats should be so the nest gives them the added support they need to keep them safely lounging. It is very well made, soft edges and thoughtfully shaped. Love the product & so do my cats.

We have two 9 year old rescue kitties that love to climb & do vertical scratching (i.e. the couch). We bought the 4 tier with 2 leaf shelves. I like that the mounting is on one side so you can center it, but the one sided mount is also a problem. As other reviews have mentioned, this moves when they use it. My cats do not like that so they won’t use it. (We have another that is a different brand and much more sturdy that they used all the time before we took it down.) we ended up putting an L bracket under a shelf and securing it to the wall. It makes it much more stable. The rope unravels very easily, too. For the cost, I was very disappointed in the product. We have the shelves (that we love), so expectations were high. Overall, I’d look elsewhere for something more sturdy.

Updating my previous review... It only took one day for them to fall in love with the cat condo. Best cat purchase ever.

Arrived on time. Box was a little beat up but nothing missing. One small piece was damaged. They sent me a replacement piece after a short chat. I got it up on the wall in the room with 5 feral kittens and MomCat. They *love* climbing. So adding to the loop I've been putting up was needed. They love having another ramp to climb, enter and exit the upper route of the room. Very solid! I put it a little higher than the directions suggested. I have a step on the floor to help and can fit a tall chair under the lower hammock area. The MomCat has started snoozing in a low box but the kittens prefer to spend their nights and naps in the upper corner nests.
It can be a lot of money but they've stopped climbing the currents which is nice. For me it's very worth the expense and the little family of black kitties loves it!

Very happy with the purchase of the wall furniture for my cats. They took to it very quickly and love to hang out together and sleep/play.

Install was pretty straightforward but my chosen wall made installing the juggernaut set as designed slightly challenging. Not having 8 ft of 16 in. on center studs required some creative thinking. I used a piece of sturdy plywood mounted to the wall in the studs and than i was able to install the juggernaut how i wanted without consideration of the wonky stud spacing.

Overall extremely happy with my purchase and so are the furry members of the family.

We have a narrow ledge on our stairwell that the cats loved to walk out on, but then would get awkwardly stuck because it was too narrow to turn around on. This made an amazing solution to the problem, and the love the added space! Convo of the Expedition and the Crows Nest. Not too difficult to put up, only issue we had was a couple of wonky spaced studs around the window area.

Catastrophic Creations have been extremely supportive behind the scenes with all my questions and produced a really high-quality product! I absolutely love the aesthetic and my cat loves jumping around. It's super customizable and can be adjusted to your layout. My wall did not have consistent studs, but it was still possible. I definitely recommend help when installing the cat post, the rest is do-able solo. Immense appreciation for their customer service and I heavily recommend anyone to buy their products if you're on the fence!

If not for a couple of gripes I would give this item 5 stars. But for the price of this item I expected a little better quality. The instructions are vague for installation/putting together and the video linked in them only explains the anchoring process, nothing more. The twine on the pole sections is not tight or attached securely. The two main sections my cats use to climb this pulled down and gaped the first time they used it. My cat trees (from another company) have never had this issue. The twine stays in place no matter how many times they climb and scratch. The platforms also move a bit when in use and can smack against your wall no matter how tight you tighten things down. My fix for this was adhesive foam bumpers that I had laying around that I put on the edges of the platforms that make contact with the wall. It has prevented damage and the noise.

However the main purpose of this item was to give my cats a way up and down that wasn't awkward for them to climb or descend from their wall shelving. Which it is doing wonderfully and it has been very sturdy so far aside from the twine. It is the best options out there for this as far as I am concerned. Many are not designed with the actual use in mind and can be awkward or hard for cats to actually use. But not this one, the design was thought through for cats to comfortably use this. So overall I am happy with this purchase, but dropped one star for the above mentioned issues.

I have one of those alcoves above my front door that are weird dust collectors, so I decided to make it an area for my cats. To do so, I bought the 66" long bridge-shelf set (with chew-resistant paracord).

It took almost a month for my cats to accept the bridge. I would use a ladder to set my cats on the bridge a couple times a week and slowly walk them along the bridge to show them that it was safe. Other times, I would put the cats on the alcove ledge and sit up there with them, giving them pets and treats.

The first cat to accept the bridge did so after about a week. However, she doesn't like how the bridge has some sway to it, so she jumps the entire distance. So far she hasn't hurt herself. Plus, her jumping has been getting better with time.

With the other cat, I could tell that she didn't like how slick the bridge was, so I added some grip strips to it at about week three. At this point, however, the alcove had become the first cat's territory, so the second cat still wouldn't cross it. And so, I moved their feeder onto the alcove so she would have to cross if she wanted to eat. The combo of the increased grip and food made it so she finally would cross the bridge of her own volition. After the food bowls were moved back to their usual spot, she still will walk over (as seen pictured).

Both cats like the sun they get from the window as well as being so high up and being able to look down upon us peasants. Plus, it is a safe spot from the dog.

My cats really love their wall structure. I love how stable and eye pleasing it is. The company was very helpful when I was putting it up. I would make this purchase again.

Great quality and relatively easy to install.

The install wasn’t bad at all. I had to customize my install slightly because of the chosen location in our home and still, it resulted in an amazing experience for our two cats. To be completely honest, I was in the zone while constructing the Juggernaut and wanted to continue adding more. Thankfully, my lovely wife was there to reel me back in. Had it not been for my wife’s ability to bring me back down to earth, I might have very well turned our entire home into a cat playground. Once you’ve built your cat tree, much like being a kid again, you almost want to play on it yourself! Our cats absolutely love chasing each other through each obstacle or just relaxing on the bridge. What a great addiction…oops…what a great addition. I look forward to adding more features in the near future. (Likely when my wife is preoccupied with other projects) 😉

Everything got here unscathed. We ordered seven shelves of various sizes, a corner bridge and three steps. We have a tall ceiling with windows above and below across the front of the house. We installed the shelves across the lower part of the upper windows with the corner bridge at the end. The other end has the three steps to get up to the shelves.Ziggy, our Abyssinian cat loves it. He is only five months old but zooms right up there. Early morning is the best for him as the owner blinds are closed so he goes right up to look out.These items are very well made, I love bamboo. It looks great on the wall and of course it is important that the cat likes it. We recently order a four tier cat scratching post for the far side so Ziggy and go up both ways once we install it.It satisfying buying items that turn out to be worth it.

I bought several things from you for my daughter and her three cats for Christmas. I love everything the quality is amazing but this one item does nothing but make me laugh. Take a close look at the picture I thought it first the cat tail was part of the shelf. No its just our Sif loving life. LOL. honestly, this is the absolute best furniture for cats I have ever seen Will last a lifetime!

Such a great product. Love it, easy to install, Super sturdy and looks great. The cats like it so much it makes me want to get more. At first I was a little hesitant because of the cost but it’s worth every penny. I love that you can reconfigure and make what you need.

I got this to finish off my cat walls, this was the last piece of three walls I have done. I love the way it looks and installation was easy, although I am a bit of a pro after all the walls I’ve done, anyway the cats went up it right away but are hesitant to go down. So far only one of the three will go down, but they like going up. I think in time they will all get the hang of it. Customer service was awesome as always with a couple questions I had.
